Shia Labeouf has written a screenplay based on Kevin Abstract's life.

Film industry website The Black List revealed earlier this month that Shia Labeouf has written a screenplay titled 'Minor Modifications' that is based on the life of Brockhampton's Kevin Abstract.

A synopsis states: "This biographical fiction follows a Texas teen as he struggles with identity, finding meaningful relationships, sexual fluidity, and his direction in life."

There's no other information available at this time on if the screenplay will get picked up and actually made into a movie, but in the meantime you can re-read LaBeouf interviewing Abstract for i-D magazine here.
