Ava Max burst into the mainstream with chart-topping bop ‘Sweet But Psycho’; an upbeat dance anthem that scored #1 on charts in nearly twenty countries.

Her much anticipated next single, ‘So Am I’, has finally been revealed - and shows that Ava is capable of producing anthem after anthem. 

“’So Am I’ is about loving yourself, being different, being an outcast and not fitting in the format that society wants to put us in – just celebrating what really makes you different,” Ava says, “Whenever I’m feeling down, I remind myself that my flaws make me perfect, because in reality there is no perfect.”

“It’s okay to be different,” sings Ava, dancing in the music video - set in a school, a location where many of us have struggled to feel like we belong. Her diverse cast on-screen classmates dance with her to this pop bop, teaching us that it’s okay to stand out and not fit in.

The UK’s Global Awards has penned Ava as a ‘Rising Star’, and ‘So Am I’ proves that she is set to rise further and further.
