In anticipation for the upcoming sixth season of 'Game Of Thrones', many teaser videos and posters have been released. And to top it off, the lovely ladies of the cast posed in a cover photoshoot for Entertainment Weekly.

Dressed as their characters and looking all both stunning and badass, Emilia Clarke, Lena Headey, Sophie Turner, Gwendoline Christie, Natalie Dormer, and Maisie Williams grace the covers of the April 2016 issue.

On the GOT women, HBO programming president Michael Lombardo says: "The women are rocking this season - and I'm not just saying that because they're on [Entertainment Weekly's] cover...Daenerys always does, but also Brienne, Arya, Sansa, Cersei, Margaery, and other characters too, like Yara. They have power this season. It's organic to the storytelling, yet a radical shift. It's the women that are the hope that we're watching as the chess pieces move this season, and it's very exciting."
