Ryan Adams is helping to save an abandoned cat in Auckland.
Ahead of playing his Town Hall show tonight in Auckland, Ryan Adams spent last night in a Symonds St Cemetery, where he discovered an abandoned cat.
Upon discovering the cat, Ryan gave her food and water, as you can see in these tweets:
Please any local cat rescue in Auckland, there's a little black kitten Symonds & Grafton- in Cemetery. Abandoned. pic.twitter.com/EwgILWC0JJ

I fed her. She's very sweet- was crying for help. Clearly abandoned. Symonds & Grafton bridge cemetery. Very loving. pic.twitter.com/k77fp4w4rd

Following this, a number of local fans replied asking to the cats whereabouts, and someone called Rob Isaac found the cat!

Kitty won't let us come any closer, but while we wait, she is falling asleep. pic.twitter.com/eEUHn0XJDa

Sadly Rob wasn’t able to get hold of the cat, as Ryan tweeted again this morning:
Cemetery cat is still there. Our monitor engineer fed her this morning and sent this pic. Still needs a home pic.twitter.com/CZi4mBlJyV
