Counting down until the release of their highly anticipated album 'Notes On A Conditional Form' (just over two weeks to go!), The 1975 have shared a new live video of them performing 'Me & You Together Song', filmed in the same black-and-white style as their 'If You're Too Shy (Let Me Know)' live video from last week.
