Panic! At The Disco have released a music video for 'LA Devotee' - the latest single from their 'Death Of A Bachelor' album - which stars Noah Schnapp (a.k.a. Will Byers of 'Stranger Things'), undergoing 'A Clockwork Orange'-esque induction to a cult.
