5 reasons to see Orville Peck live in Auckland this year.

5 reasons to see Orville Peck live in Auckland this year.

The masked country singer, Orville Peck, will be returning to New Zealand later this year as part of 2022's Splendour In The Grass sideshows. Peck will be performing at The Powerstation for a one-off special show on the 17th of July.

Tickets to see Orville Peck at The Powerstation are on sale now

#1. This will be the first time that Orville has performed in New Zealand since January 2020. Last time he was here, he played The Tuning Fork, and is now playing at The Powerstation.

#2. We also highly recommend that you buy a fringed mask for the event so you can be twinning with Orville - you can buy some here and here

#3. Peck also has the stamp of approval from some of your favourites - including touring with Harry Styles (opening at Harryween), his song featuring in the first episode of 'Euphoria' Season 2, and releasing a song with Shania Twain - so you know he's good.

#4. Peck will also be playing songs from his upcoming album 'Bronco' at the show - which will be one of the first times he will have performed the songs.

#5. He also does a magnificent cover of Lady Gaga's hit song 'Born This Way' which we will cross all our fingers and toes in the hopes he sings this one in Auckland...
