“All these feelings that I have forgotten - I want them, I want them," sings Mim Jensen on her latest single, 'Big Feelings' which has been released today.
She has shared on the track: “‘Big Feelings’ lived through a few different demo stages until it became the song it is now. At its core, the song is about chasing external experiences to feel alive and romanticising the better moments of a tumultuous relationship and an unhealthy push-pull dynamic”
“What I learnt from writing the song was that sometimes a memory feels happier than what actually happened in real life. When sitting with what the song means to me now, I see how I was often searching outwardly all the time to gain inspiration. To me, ‘Big Feelings’ is a reminder that it's just as important to be bored and still and seek inspiration that way.”
