"I really wanted to write a film about female revenge," declares Emerald Fennell of her audacious and thought-provoking directorial feature debut, 'Promising Young Woman' (the title an echo of the 'promising young man' misnomer that supporters of convicted rapist Brock Turner often utilised to describe him), that she also wrote and co-produced. "Recently, there have been a lot of movies about women taking matters into their own hands, and they tend to be super violent or super sexy, or very, very depressing.

A new video with Alex Lawther has surfaced on the internet, in which he talks about the silver lining of his lockdown: alphabetising his bookshelf.

The video highlights the struggle for refugee children, with Lawther sharing that he's buying educational resources from the Choose Love store for them, and encourages people to share their silver lining, and purchase things from the store here.

A trailer has been shared for 'Cherry', the upcoming film starring Tom Holland as the lead (opposite Ciara Bravo), who goes on a journey from college student to soldier to drug addict, to bank robber. Based on Nico Walker's partially autobiographical novel - which was written while he was in prison - the film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.

The film is set to premiere on Apple TV+ on March 12th.

Just releasing a music video for 'distance' today, Ruel has shared the final visual in a series of three that accompany his most recent 'Bright Lights, Red Eyes' EP - following a video for 'Say It Over' which was filmed during the same two-day shoot.

Having ended the second season of 'The Umbrella Academy' with the introduction of the Sparrow Academy, Netflix has now revealed the casting of this new addition to the show.

Headed up by Ben (played by Justin H. Min), the new cast includes Justin Cornwell, Britne Oldford, Genesis Rodriguez, Cazzie David, Jake Epstein and a “Existential Dread Inducing Psykronium Cube”... whatever that might be.

An official trailer has dropped for 'Malcolm & Marie', the Zendaya-starring, Sam Levinson-directed film which was filmed over two weeks during quarantine last year.

The film stars Zendaya alongside John David Washington, and follows the pair returning home from a movie premiere to tensions between the two pushing them towards a romantic reckoning.

Baby Queen has followed up her 'Medicine' EP from last year with a brand new song, 'Raw Thoughts', which she describes as "an amalgamation of every feeling. It's euphoria bleeding into my deep sadness."

Much like her previous releases, the song sees Baby Queen coming to terms with her own spectrum of emotions, but 'Raw Thoughts' feels particularly unfiltered and contemplative.
