Our picks for Christchurch Armageddon this June!

Our picks for Christchurch Armageddon this June!

With Christchurch Armageddon less than two weeks away now - it’s happening over Queen’s Birthday weekend (June 2nd-4th) - we’ve decided to put together a handy list of who you should check out if you're heading along. And if you weren't planning on heading along, consider the list as some convincing reasons why you should go...

Keiynan Lonsdale

Having starred in ‘The Flash’ and now ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ as Wally West, you might also recognise Australian actor Keiynan Lonsdale most recently from the 2018 LGBTQ film, ‘Love, Simon’.

Bonus fact, he also has a burgeoning music career! Watch his music video for 'Kiss The Boy' below:

Daniel Portman

He stars in the award-winning series ‘Game Of Thrones’ as Podrick Payne - and has acted in the series alongside Peter Dinklage’s character Tyrion Lannister, and now Gwendoline Christie’s Brienne of Tarth. Check out some photos of him as his character below:

Katrina Law

First appearing in season two of CW series ‘Arrow’ as Nyssa al Ghul, Katrina Law has been in and out of the show since then - and has since reprised her role in the spin-off ‘Legends Of Tomorrow’. Watch this amazing video of her dancing with Armageddon alumni John Barrowman below:

Katie McGrath

Irish actress Katie McGrath is best known for her work on the BBC show ‘Merlin’ as Morgana, as well as work in ‘Dracula’, ‘Sugergirl’, ‘Jurassic World’, and more. Check out some photos of her in various characters below:

John Shea

If you’re anything like me - you’ll recognise John Shea immediately as Harold Waldorf, as in Blair Waldorf’s (from ‘Gossip Girl’) father. LOOK! He’s on the far left:

As well as ‘Gossip Girl’, over the years he’s starred in ‘Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman’ (as Lex Luthor), the subsequent ‘Mutant X’ series, and many more.
