Pokémon Go launches special Halloween event!

If you’ve been lamenting how terribly difficult it is to get your hands on a Gengar in Pokémon Go, then you’re gonna want to update the app on your phone and be exploring the great outdoors from October 26th to November 1st.

Due to a special seasonal event, if you play Pokémon Go from October 26th to November 1st, there are ghost pokémon EVERYWHERE, as well as a rather apt increase in candy rewards.

Your Buddy Pokémon will now net you four times the usual candies, catching 'mons will gain you six candies, and transfers will be worth two candies.
